What is your delivery policy?
Delivery is available worldwide. We prepare your delivery within 1 to 5 working days, unless mentioned otherwise. The parcel is shipped from France with a tracking number. Estimated delivery times: to France (2 to 5 days), to the rest of Europe (4 to 5 days), outside of Europe (7 to 10 days, or more).
What are the delivery fees?
The delivery fee is added at the cart. Shipment to France costs 3.08€, and shipment to other countries costs 6.95€. We offer free delivery for purchases from 50€ to France only. Please note that shipments to certain countries can be subject to customs fees that you, the recipient, might need to pay. We invite you to check the relevant authority of your country should you have any doubts, Birzik will not be responsible for any such fees.
How is the jewelry packaged?
At Birzik we strive to package our pieces with sustainable materials that are as locally sourced as possible.
Our jewelry comes with an upcycled fabric pouch, and in an FSC-certified cardboard box made in Danemark. The box is stamped with a French-made logo stamp (the ink pad we use is made from at least 95% recycled materials).
The shipment envelope is made from recycled cardboard made in Austria. We also include a recycled French-made business card. Birzik reserves the right to use other types of packaging depending on the size of the order.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking its best for many years, we recommend avoiding contact with cream, water or perfume. Wiping down the jewelry after each wear with a soft cloth is also a good habit to keep it clean and dry.
